Our Story
Founded by CEO Mr. Joel Johnson, Brother's Investigations and Ambulance Services is a multifaceted organization providing professional security, investigative and emergency medical services across Jamaica.
Mr. Johnson is a seasoned investigator with extensive experience in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors, along with six CXC subjects and two CAPE units.
In addition to his academic achievements, he is a licensed paramedic and a certified Licensed Practical Nurse, bringing both medical expertise and leadership to the organization.
Our team consists of highly trained agents, supervisors and managers, many of whom have strong ties to law enforcement agencies across the island. This network allows us to operate with efficiency, professionalism and reliability.
With our own ambulances on standby, along with partnerships with other service providers, we are able to deliver prompt emergency medical assistance to individuals in need or in medical distress, 24 hours a day.
